Free Staircasing

When you buy a shared ownership property you nominate the size of the share you can afford to buy in consultation with the Housing Association.

All shared ownership leases, however, contain a clause that enables you to buy additional shares until (if you choose) you own the full 100% of the property.

As part of our commitment to assist shared ownership buyers, we will provide ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE the legal work involved when you “staircase” by purchasing an additional share.

Please note, however, that this offer is for one “staircase” only.  The offer does not apply to any subsequent occasions of staircasing if you choose to add to your ownership in several stages.
