At CTW shared ownership, we are dedicated to providing a friendly, efficient, personal and approachable service to all the clients who have been kind enough to pass their business to us.

We appreciate that you may be entirely new to this complexity of the property market, so all our staff are therefore trained to adopt a friendly, straightforward approach, and our documentation and our reports are in plain “easy to understand” English with no complex legal jargon.

We do not operate on a “team” or “factory” basis and you will not have to navigate through endless telephone menu options or deal with a different person each time you call.

Instead, your case will be dealt with from start to finish by a friendly approachable lawyer who will be available to answer any questions you may have by email or telephone - you will be given a direct dial telephone number of the lawyer designated to you, so you will not need to go through a switchboard.

We also maintain friendly and co-operative relations with a number of Housing Associations, which helps your purchase to progress smoothly.

Our clients come from all over London and the South East and, although you are welcome to visit us, you do not have to do so, as work we do on your behalf can be dealt with by post, telephone and email.
